Questions Day 6:
1. How did you feel during the meditation? Did you have a hard time emptying your mind?
I found it to be easy at first but as the time went on I started letting other things creep into my mind as people in my household were doing things and I guess I felt “awkward” doing meditation around people. My boyfriend asked me if I had “fallen asleep” so I’d guess I got the meditation calmly thing down pat… haha.
2. Did you feel more relaxed and prepared for the day?
I do! I have to leave for work in an hour and a half and feel like I can take on the world!
3. Which meditation did you choose?
I chose The Inner Smile like suggested, but feel it was a bit too long for my taste. Any reason it’s suggested we start with no less than 15 minutes first?
