Ooops…

I find when I get everything in my life in order and determined to make a lifestyle change… I go strong for a week or two and drop off the wagon. Even if I’m already seeing changes on the scale.I get so pissed off at myself.

DINNER: I’ve been working at the local theater and the producer offered the boyfriend and I a ride home. It’s starting to snow and the temperature was dropping like crazy so we took him up on his offer. Before we could leave the parking lot he offered us dinner and we agreed to take him up on his offer too, after an awkward pause. 
I ended up having NAPA CHICKEN & PORTOBELLOS. It was on the under 550 Calories menu and was delicious.  
+ Two Cups of Water

Day Six: #fitblrpush

Questions Day 6:

1. How did you feel during the meditation? Did you have a hard time emptying your mind?
I found it to be easy at first but as the time went on I started letting other things creep into my mind as people in my household were doing things and I guess I felt “awkward” doing meditation around people. My boyfriend asked me if I had “fallen asleep” so I’d guess I got the meditation calmly thing down pat… haha.  

2. Did you feel more relaxed and prepared for the day?
I do! I have to leave for work in an hour and a half and feel like I can take on the world! 

3. Which meditation did you choose?
I chose The Inner Smile like suggested, but feel it was a bit too long for my taste. Any reason it’s suggested we start with no less than 15 minutes first?
